Our Team

Food Fleet was created by partners with decades of experience in the food industry. Having been involved in everything from global restaurant enterprises to airport food operations to retail food products, the team brings a level of business experience not seen before in the food truck industry.

It begins with Corporate Chef Jeffrey Mora, a renowned chef who most recently was the chef for the Los Angeles Lakers. Prior to that Chef Jeff was Head of Food Operations for Metropolitan Culinary, which operated restaurants in airports across America. He has also twice represented the United States in the Culinary Olympics, which pits chefs from nearly 100 nations against one another.

Larry Kopald has a long history of building successful brands and successful businesses. As a longtime advertising executive, Larry oversaw advertising for companies like McDonalds, Pepsico, General Mills, Kraft, Safeway, Acura, and American Express. He helped launch new products from Frito-Lay, Budweiser, McDonalds, Pepsi, Gillette, and Procter & Gamble, among others.

Project Manager, Carly Jacobson has her degree in Communications with an emphasis In Business. Offering a strong balance between business savvy and technical capabilities. She is able to communicate with developers, management and clients equally well. She also has the ability to capitalize on superior communication skills to establish and develop sustaining client and vendor relationships, while providing guidance and support to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of high-quality products and services.

Logistics, Rudy Garcideunas attended Loyola Marymount University. Rudy has 28 years of logistics experience working in the NBA as the the Los Angeles Lakers equipment Manager. Rudy has taken all of that knowledge and expertise and focused it on providing our fleet with the support it needs from truck logistics, permitting, and scheduling. Rudy works with the fleet on a daily basis handling all logistics and issues that can occur.

Rudy has a personal relationship with each and every truck in the fleet. This helps him understand the needs of not only trucks but which truck will fit best with each client.

Jorge “Jr”Gomez has over 20 years of experience in designing and building food trucks Jr. is one of the premier food truck manufactures in the industry. Jr has designed and built hundreds of trucks from NY to Hawaii. Jr has a diploma from Cal Poly Pomona in in drafting CAD design. His expertise is working with local Health departments to insure the truck will meet the local guidelines. With Jr’s team Food Fleet can have a truck built in as little as 4 weeks.
